Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS and ACLS certifications to be obtained within one year of starting.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of eligibility.
• Two years of inpatient hospital experience in the last five years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment and services on assigned shifts or unit.
• Monitor staff, provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and address performance issues.
• Assume patient care when needed and build relationships with patients for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and document progress with care teams.
