Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for full-time night shift. This leadership role requires guiding care, implementing policies, and ensuring compassionate, high‑quality rehab services within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Two years of inpatient hospital experience (within the last five years).
• BLS certification; ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit.
• Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery.
