Job summary

Christian Care Communities is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for night shift (Mon–Thu, 9pm–7am) to oversee nursing activities on assigned unit(s) and perform daily clinical rounding. You will address performance issues and ensure timely documentation and resident care.

Qualified candidates hold RN or LPN licensure with an associate degree and at least two years of long-term care supervisory experience. Responsibilities include admissions review, on-call coverage, staffing adjustments, and providing

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN
• 2 years’ experience in long-term care; supervisory experience in acute, sub-acute or long-term care
• Associate’s degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college/university

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing activities during assigned duty hours
• Complete clinical rounding for outcomes daily on assigned unit(s)
• Track the 24‑Hour Report and identify changes in condition or intervention needs
• Review admissions records for data completion and smooth transitions of care
• Respond promptly to resident, family and staff concerns
• Monitor resident documentation (ADL charts, BIMS, notes) and ensure completeness
• Provide direct care as needed
• Participate in On-Call schedule and provide direct care
• Monitor staffing patterns and adjust assignments as needed
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to coworkers, clients and vendors; act as SME with a 'Golden Rule' approach
