Job summary

Maple Health and Rehab is seeking a part-time Night Shift Supervisor to lead the 6:00 PM–12:00 AM team. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and coordinate unit operations in Muhlenberg County, KY. LPN or RN licensure in the state and CPR knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Relate positively to residents and families and work with staff.
• Supervise staff in day-to-day operations.
• Function as floor nurse as needed.
• Maintain regular weekend attendance.
• Supervise others to achieve resident care goals.
• Meet local health regulations and complete a post-offer health assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift staff and ensure quality care is provided.
• Assist with administrative duties and shift coordination.
• Cover call-ins until 12:00 AM; administrator on call assumes responsibility.
• Provide support to floor staff and help resolve shift issues.
