Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust care plans as needed.
• Lead unit staff, supervise performance and provide coaching.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and analyze data for care improvements.
• Mentor new staff and support professional development.
