El Camino Health in Mountain View, CA seeks a Clinical Manager for the Critical Care Unit (CCU) to lead nursing and technologist teams in a 24/7 environment. You will oversee budget, supply chain, recruitment, education, and performance evaluation to sustain high patient care standards.

The role requires a BSN, a master’s in nursing or related field is preferred, and at least three years of clinical leadership plus CCU experience. California RN license and BLS certification are required.

Formación

• BSN required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred (may be in progress).
• At least 3 years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a specialty area.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate.
