Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold California RN license and current BLS certification.

• ACLS preferred; BSN preferred or ADN with extensive RN experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides support and performs delegated administrative tasks hospital-wide during a shift.
• Acts on behalf of administration and supervises staff as a representative of leadership.
• Ensures patient care standards and coordination with clinical directors on call.
• Coordinates scheduling and flow of internal and external supplemental staff.
• Optimizes patient flow, placement, and outcomes while managing resources.
