Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital is seeking a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide shift-based leadership and clinical guidance on the unit, manage resources, and supervise staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care during night shifts.

You will coordinate staffing to meet patient needs and unit KPIs, support professional governance, mentor bedside nurses, participate in audits and orientation, and serve as a charge nurse while fostering professionalism and staff engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in state of practice; compact transfers within 60 days.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN from an accredited institution; must obtain BSN within four years of hire/promotion.

Aufgaben

• Lead unit staff during night shift and coordinate staffing to meet census and KPIs.
• Oversee staff competency, performance reviews, and ongoing development.
• Support nursing management with staffing decisions and scheduling.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Act as charge nurse and provide bedside care when needed.
