Scotland Memorial Hospital is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant II for the Progressive Care unit on a part-time basis. The role supports patient care on the 3rd shift, requires at least 1 year of CNA experience and an active North Carolina Nurse Aide II listing.

Competenze

• 1 year CNA experience required or preferred.
• Current North Carolina Nurse Aide II listing on the NCBON, Aegis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
• Diplomacy, tact and a positive approach to problem solving are required.
• Must be able to communicate with patients, customers, other departments and staff in an articulate manner.

Mansioni

• Perform routine personal care and assist with activities of daily living for patients.
• Assist patients with body mechanics, ambulation, turning, positioning, transfers and ROM.
• Assist with nutrition and elimination needs.
• Perform specified procedures and notify nurse of abnormal findings.
• Document nursing assistant care per policy and provide patient safety adherence.
