Job summary

Trinity Oaks (Health + Rehab) in Salisbury, NC is seeking a 3rd Shift Nurse (LPN or RN) to deliver compassionate care to residents and collaborate with physicians and the Director of Nursing Services.

You will administer medications, document medical records, supervise the nursing team, monitor resident health, ensure drug security and uphold safety protocols while fostering a respectful environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program.
• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Preferred: 2 years of LPN or RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Documenting and maintaining medical records.
• Supervising and supporting the nursing team.
• Monitoring resident health and responding to changes promptly.
• Ensuring drug security and compliance with protocols.
• Fostering a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff.
