Job summary

Trinity Oaks (Health + Rehab) in Salisbury, NC is seeking a 3rd shift nurse (LPN or RN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, document medical records, supervise staff, and monitor resident health, working closely with physicians and the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program.
• Current North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Preferred: 2 years of LPN or RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain medical records.
• Supervise and support the nursing team.
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes promptly.
• Ensure drug security and compliance with protocols.
