Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide individualized, age-appropriate patient care during night shifts. Working under the direction of nursing leadership, you will support neonates to adults and adhere to Missouri Nurse Practice Act standards.

Required are Missouri RN licensure and BLS; NIHSS, ACLS, TNCC, and NRP certifications are expected within specified timelines. Saint Francis is a faith-based system with extensive services and a Level III NICU.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved professional nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice in Missouri as an RN.
• BLS Certification required upon hire.
• NIHSS required within 90 days (ICU).
• ACLS required within 180 days (ICU).
• TNCC required within 365 days (ICU).
• NRP Certification required within 90 days of hire (NICU).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized age-appropriate nursing care to the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult patient per established nursing standards and Nurse Practice Act of Missouri.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse, Patient Care Manager, Director and Vice President of Patient Care to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
