Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an NICU Registered Nurse on a part-time basis to lead nursing staff on shift and ensure quality patient care at Baptist Medical Center South. The RN will perform assessments, planning, and interventions using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and other clinicians.

Active RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on unit. This role involves third shift and on-site work in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required, BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required, BLS required, ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending upon area assigned.
• Experience in NICU is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Use the nursing process for patient assessments, planning of care, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians in plan and delivery of patient care.
