Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies and NJ PA license.
• NJ DEA and CDS licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates inpatient consults and rounds on hospital patients.
• Independently assess patients and order labs/radiology tests/consults.
• Performs history & physicals, writes pre and post operative orders for surgeon.
• Prescribe medications according to NJ law, including controlled substances with DEA authorization.
• Maintains board certification and CME requirement.
• Promotes professional growth and collaborates with attending physicians.
