Job summary

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center is seeking a Part Time Night RN to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The position supports the Wellstar Shared Governance model and aligns with the Professional Practice Model and evidence-based nursing.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing with Georgia Nurse Practice Act or applicable state
• BLS certification required; RN-COMPACT or single-state license acceptable

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice
• Provides patient- and family-centered care respecting cultural diversity and individual needs
• Oversees care of high-acuity pediatric patients and monitors vitals and device management
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and timely documentation
• Prepares and participates in bedside procedures and supports pediatric codes with PALS when needed
