Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma; RN licensure required.
• Bachelors in Nursing preferred; multi-state license (compact) preferred.
• BLS certification required or Instructor/CPR certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient-centered care aligned with cultural and individual needs.
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary teamwork and document timely, accurate care records.
• Manage care for high-acuity pediatric and adult patients, including monitoring and vitals.
• Support bedside procedures and participate in codes using established algorithms.
