Qualifications

• On-the-job training for 3 months required.
• Tow Motor Certification desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read batch sheets to meet batch requirements.
• Assist coworkers in machine setups and maintenance.
• Perform duties with initiative without direction.
• Work day or night shift and extended hours as needed.
• Report quality problems to Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain clean work environment and PPE compliance.
• Make machine adjustments to keep material within specs.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
