United Felts, Inc. is seeking a Needle Line Technician (night shift) to support loading fiber, unloading rolls, and maintaining equipment. You will adjust machines, monitor quality, and keep thorough paperwork to ensure accurate batch records.
The role requires basic math, ability to work day or night shifts, and a commitment to safety. Training will cover needle boards, equipment operation, and standard operating procedures.
The Needle Line Technician (night shift) participates in the loading of fiber and the unloading of finished rolls. Requires the ability to understand and make adjustments to several types of industrial computers. Maintain maximum attention to paperwork details and the recording of correct information. Responsible for the care and repair of needle boards.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday but could include shift work, weekends, evenings and/or holidays - flexibility is required as job duties demand.
