Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across multiple locations in your district. You will delegate tasks, mentor Team Members, and provide feedback to the General Manager while traveling between stores to ensure consistent standards and top-notch service.

The role rewards leadership with rapid growth as new stores open; you will also influence store culture and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical duties including standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds with assistance.
• Minimum age 18 for Supervisors; some locations may have higher age requirements by state law.
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating to reach goals.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide performance feedback to General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards and customer focus.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
