Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician on a full-time, 12 hour night shift. Working under a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate patient care, monitor vital signs, and support daily living activities to ensure a best-in-class patient experience.

You will perform EKGs and phlebotomy as directed, document data accurately, maintain rooms, and contribute to a collaborative care team with ongoing training opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of EKG and Phlebotomy courses with initial clinical competency.
• BLS healthcare provider training completed and maintained.
• Prior patient care experience or health-related training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Keep patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.
• Obtain vital signs including height, weight, glucose, and I&O.
• Perform EKG and phlebotomy per nurse direction.
• Document patient data accurately and completely.
• All other duties as assigned.
