Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician for a 12 Hour Night Shift. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide patient care and support in a setting that emphasizes the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of EKG and Phlebotomy courses and initial clinical competency upon hire or transfer.
• Maintenance of BLS healthcare provider training.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Keep patient rooms stocked, cleaned, and orderly.
• Obtain vital signs and basic patient measurements.
• Perform EKG and phlebotomy as delegated by Staff RN.
• Document patient data accurately and completely.
• All other duties as assigned.
