Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a Multi-Modality Technologist 1 for night shifts at Walworth Hospital and Medical Center. The role starts in Radiography with CT credentialing expected within one year of hire.

Schedule: Nights 7p–7a, every other weekend, with pay range $35.85–$53.77 per hour. The incumbent will rotate between modalities as needed, maintain active status in practiced areas, and provide leadership, patient education, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered in Radiography is required.
• CT credential must be obtained within two years of hire.
• Wisconsin radiographer license required for Wisconsin workloads.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains active status in radiology modalities.
• Provides clinical leadership and project support.
• Operates imaging equipment and captures diagnostic images.
• Corroborates patient history with procedures for radiologist review.
• Prepares patients and ensures cooperation and minimal anxiety.
• Positions and immobilizes patients for optimal imaging results.
• Assists with contrast administration and IV access as needed.
• Initiates basic life support when necessary and educates patients.
• Manages inventory and supplies for the imaging area.
• Mentors students and partners; promotes teamwork and safety.
