Job summary

Mercyhealth in Wisconsin seeks an experienced radiologic technologist to perform advanced imaging procedures and support radiologists and staff. You will prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, administer contrast when needed, and provide clinical leadership within the department.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, image acquisition, and ensuring safety, with opportunities for teaching students and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• Two to four years of experience as a radiologic technologist (Radiographer) is required; hospital experience preferred.
• ARRT registry in Radiography; CT credential required within 1 year; WI license; BLS/CPR within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment and image capture devices to perform procedures.
• Position patients and ensure comfort while adhering to safety protocols.
• Administer contrast media and start IV access; provide patient education.
