Staff Perm is seeking a skilled Post Press Operator for a third shift in Townsend, MA. This contract position focuses on multi-color and high-speed press operations, including setup, ink mixing, and color accuracy to meet customer specs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or printing experience.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform press setups including stock loading, paper path and plate mounting.
• Mix PMS ink and manage die registration for precise color.
• Adjust ink and water balance and set up perforations and file holes.
• Follow orders for ink density, color, size and construction.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Operate press controls and troubleshoot equipment.
