Preferred Materials - Asphalt Division, a CRH company, is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to support highway construction sites with traffic control and maintenance duties. The role requires supervising MOT operations, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and compliance with the traffic control plan.

Florida Advanced Training for Worksite Traffic Supervisor certification is required along with 1–3 years MOT supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate flagging and directing motorists through work zones according to the traffic control plan.
• May perform related traffic control duties and other tasks as needed.
