The position requires State of Florida Advanced Training for Worksite Traffic Supervisor certification and 1–3 years of MOT Supervisor/Foreman experience in highway construction.

Qualifications

• Florida Advanced Training for Worksite Traffic Supervisor certification is required.
• 1–3 years of MOT Supervisor/Foreman experience in highway construction.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate flagging traffic and directing motorists through construction zones.
• Perform related traffic control duties as required.
• Engage in movements such as bending, hammering, stooping, pushing, pulling; lift up to 25 pounds; walk/stand most of the day.
