Responsibilities

• Operates micro mold and small mold production areas per procedures.
• Monitors equipment and inspects parts to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintains material supply and proper dryer operation for production runs.
• Troubleshoots basic issues and communicates problems to leads or management.
• Adheres to safety standards and works across departments as needed.
