Job summary

Altor Solutions is seeking a Process Technician for the Set-Up department in Wisconsin. This 3rd shift role (11:00 PM to 07:00 AM) Sunday-Thursday focuses on setting up and maintaining molding equipment to ensure safe, efficient production in alignment with safety and quality standards.

The candidate will develop tooling processes, reduce scrap, and work with Operations and Engineering on tool improvements while adhering to standard operating procedures and paperwork requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of manufacturing experience or training.
• Experience with mold changing and EPS molding process.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Set up and maintain production equipment for efficient operations.
• Develop and optimize the molding process for tool cycles.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on tool modifications.
• Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout.
• Complete required paperwork and reporting.
• Assist with packaging concerns.
