Hamilton Kent in Winchester, TN is seeking an Injection Molder for the night shift (Mon-Wed, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will operate injection molding machines to produce rubber components and ensure quality while documenting production steps.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience preferred, and a strong commitment to safety. Benefits include a compressed schedule, shift premium, and 401(k) eligibility after 6 months.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment.
• Basic digital literacy and ability to complete production documentation.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Operate injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Load materials into machines and monitor production processes.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Package components according to production requirements.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Identify and report quality concerns, machine issues, or safety hazards.
• Follow safety, environmental, quality, and production procedures.
• Work independently while meeting productivity expectations.
• Perform other duties to support production requirements.
