is seeking a Night Shift Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor for our Levy Big River location in Osceola, AR. This role oversees all aspects of equipment maintenance and repair, with a focus on safety, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor relations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial equipment repair with supervisory experience, an associate degree in heavy equipment repair tech or related field, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in industrial equipment repair with supervisory experience.
• Associates Degree in heavy equipment repair technology or related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and environmental initiatives and training.
• Ensure equipment availability through scheduling of maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and schedule work for maintenance personnel.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and operations management.
• Assist Operations Manager in budgeting and business plans.
• Review monthly budget to manage maintenance costs.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance processes and schedules.
• Requisition parts and services.
• Run KPI reports and analyze data for decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
