Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Medical Lab Scientist II for the Core Laboratory in St. Johns, FL. You will perform routine and complex testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, and Blood Bank with instrument troubleshooting and QC responsibilities.

The role requires a Generalist with strong attention to detail, able to work independently or on a team, and to handle rotating shifts on a 3x12 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science or related path with approved training.
• CLIA-compliant testing credentials and applicable licensure.
• Experience across Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Blood Bank.
• Blood Bank experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex clinical testing per SOPs.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain instrumentation and QC programs.
• Verify specimen acceptability and report accurate results.
• Document testing and maintain laboratory records.
