You will inspect samples and route materials to storage bins, while upholding GMP/HACCP standards and recording pH results. Requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds, work rotating night shifts, and operate in a fast-paced food-milling environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical schooling preferred.
• Able to work independently, multitask, communicate well.
• Strong decision-making abilities required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Blend, clean and temper wheat; maintain flour yield per specs.
• Monitor mill operation and ensure quality across grades/blends.
• Inspect flour samples and route to proper storage bins.
• Maintain GMP/HACCP and document pH checks for bleached flour.
• Check equipment and maintain cleanliness and safety in the mill.
