Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Mill Operator to operate and maintain horizontal processing mills for architectural and industrial colorants. You will clean, set up, and monitor equipment, record batch data, and troubleshoot mill issues to ensure products meet exact customer specifications.

This 3rd shift runs Sunday night to Friday morning, 11:00pm to 7:30am, with a $1.58 per hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain horizontal processing mills.
• Clean and prepare mills and components.
• Record batch parameters and maintain mill logs.
• Troubleshoot mill issues and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Perform tank cleaning and material handling as required.
• Follow EPA and RCRA guidelines and participate in safety programs.
