Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of manufacturing/distribution experience.
• Preferred: experience monitoring gauges and machinery indicators.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, monitor, operate, and clean automatic/semi-automatic equipment.
• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Comply with policies and SOPs.
• Keep equipment logs and report breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain production records and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
• Safe operation of forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Monitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies.
• Provide technical support and training to team members.
• Contribute ideas to improve manufacturing procedures.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work environment clean and organized daily.
