Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Mill Operator for its Turlock, CA facility on the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am). The role ensures all processes and procedures comply with ISO and GMP policies, following the supervisor's mill plan to execute operations efficiently.

Responsibilities include material milling accuracy, batch quality checks, proper material storage, equipment maintenance, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with production staff, leads, and leadership.
• Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials milled follow the supervisor's plan and production directives.
• Maintain control limits for Agtron, moisture, and Agglom; adjust as needed with supervisor help.
• Store raw materials properly in the warehouse.
• Replace mill components as needed and report repairs.
• Maintain accurate RF scanning records and paperwork.
• Conduct daily forklift safety checks and report issues.
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
