Threshold Enterprises in Scotts Valley, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support production operations on the 10pm-6:30am shift. Responsibilities include sanitation, material handling, and aiding in mixing, milling, coating, and packaging of nutraceutical products.

Qualified candidates should be 18+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and able to work in a loud, powder-filled environment. High school diploma required; weekend shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with initiative and sound judgment.
• Punctual and reliable in work attendance.
• Able to read and write legibly in English.
• Willing to work multiple shifts including weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Able to work in a loud environment with powder and heavy equipment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Adaptable to changing orders and tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plant sanitation, including cleaning and waste containers.
• Follow safety expectations and wear required PPE.
• Work in a team environment and assist others.
• Maintain good housekeeping and sanitation as a priority.
• Cross-training across high-speed manufacturing processes.
• Operate equipment and support production tasks.
• Follow standard manufacturing procedures and processes.
• Prepare and maintain materials and equipment for production.
• End-of-production day reseal and cleanup procedures.
