Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Hands-on experience operating high-precision machinery and vision inspection systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide shift coverage (weekends) of all Metrology Engineering activities across multiple functional areas for fuel cell manufacturing.
• Respond rapidly to metrology equipment downtime and optimize inspection software to minimize false rejects.
• Identify abnormal conditions, coordinate containment actions, and implement corrective measures within cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively with team members and deliver clear, timely daily reports.
