Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn complex equipment and semiconductor processes.
• Team player with good communication.
• Willingness to work D shift nights and overtime.
• Able to work in a cleanroom and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic corrective maintenance on photo and metrology equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using a structured, data-driven approach.
• Respond to equipment alarms and production-impacting issues promptly.
• Investigate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and software-related problems.
• Support equipment startups, shutdowns, qualifications, recoveries, and checks.
• Replace, clean, inspect, align, and adjust components as directed.
• Support photolithography, wafer inspection, and metrology systems.
• Document equipment conditions and repairs; communicate priorities during shift pass-downs.
• Escalate complex or recurring issues to engineers or leadership.
