Job summary

E&E Manufacturing Co, Inc. is seeking a night-shift press operator to set up and run transfer and progressive presses in our stamping facility. You will load, adjust feeders, monitor quality, read blueprints, and keep safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years of press experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work the 11:00 pm–7:30 am schedule Sunday through Thursday. You will work with gauges and calipers to meet customer specs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years operating presses in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in welding, laser cutting, plasma cutting, or water jet cutting is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to read safety/maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate transfer and progressive presses to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor quality and record production data using gauges and inspection sheets.
• Load, thread, and adjust coil; set feeder heights, air pressure, and line controls.
• Operate an overhead crane and manage transfer bars safely.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to maintain production and quality.
