Responsibilities

• Provide daily direct care services and assist clients in learning skills for independent daily living (ADL).
• Assist in implementing behavioral and rehabilitation interventions and discuss observations relevant to treatment planning.
• Complete housekeeping tasks and supervise related duties to maintain a clean environment.
• Maintain patient records (manual and electronic) per unit protocol.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and accompany patients to appointments.
