Job summary

Experience in mental health or patient care is preferred, along with certifications such as CNA, CPI, and CPR. The position involves close patient interaction in a challenging environment and requires strong communication and crisis management skills.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in a mental health or patient care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of patient rights and needs.
• CPI and CPR certification will be obtained during training.
