Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• BLS certification required before working on the floor.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred; strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Observe, document, and report patient behavior relevant to the treatment plan.
• Support therapeutic activities based on patient diagnosis and needs.
• Respect patient dignity and values; maintain professional demeanor.
• Assist with physical care and emergencies; support patients safely.
• Communicate patient needs to the clinical team clearly.
• Complete progress notes per program procedures.
• Collaborate with RNs and multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
