Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (Social Science, Clinical Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Rehabilitation Therapy, or related) preferred or LVN/LPT license.
• 1 year supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
• California Driver’s License and First Aid certification required/within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overnight rehabilitation program at the CRT center.
• Ensure client supervision, nursing care, treatment, medications, and diet per plan.
• Provide direction and supervision to direct service staff; participate in leadership team.

This position ensures that each client receives supervision, nursing care, treatment, medications and diet, as per program guidelines and treatment plan.
