Qualifications

• Mentor caregiving team members in resident services.
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for residents and staff.
• Create a calm, warm environment throughout the community.
• Complete necessary documentation and in-service training.
• Provide medication services as allowed by state regulations.
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals as directed.
