Merrill Gardens at Madison is seeking a dedicated Senior Living Nurse for PRN/On-Call shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) to support residents across the community. You will uphold Merrill Gardens’ care standards and contribute to a warm, dignified living environment with compassionate, individualized care.

Qualifications
- Current nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) in Alabama.
- 1-year nursing experience with geriatrics preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsabilités
- Provide high-level resident and team member service following MG CARES standards.
- Support community goals and Merrill Gardens programs.
- Mentor caregiving team in resident services.
- Maintain respect and confidentiality toward residents, staff and visitors.
- Create a calm, warm environment and positive resident interactions.
- Assist with required documentation and service plans.
- Provide direct care according to residents’ service needs and policies.
