Job summary

Core Development & Management is looking for a Member Services Representative to enhance the customer experience at our Bonney Lake location. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting members with their needs. The ideal candidate will be 18 or older, possess strong communication skills, and be CPR/AED certified.

Qualifications

• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to listen and empathize.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members and guests.
• Help promote a Judgement Free Zone by assisting members.
• Handle all member-related transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
