Job summary

Cogir Senior Living at Sonoma Plaza in Sonoma is seeking Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, including medication administration and daily living activities.

You will join a team focused on safety, comfort, and well-being, with opportunities for growth and advancement in a supportive environment. Night (NOC) shifts are available for both full-time and part-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience administering medications.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and assist with self-administration per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide daily living assistance and emotional support in a team setting.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and open communication.
