Job summary

Sanford Health, at Jackson Pines, seeks a Resident Assistant, Medication Aide (RAMA) for night shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am. This part-time role supports residents with medications, grooming, meals, and daily living activities in a caring, safe environment.

The RAMA assists with vital signs, adheres to infection-control protocols, and coordinates with staff to ensure quality resident care, with access to education and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED may be required based on state
• Must complete and maintain medication administration training per state guidelines
• Experience assisting residents with activities of daily living and health monitoring

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications with proper training
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing and daily living activities
• Take and report vital signs and changes in health status
• Maintain clean living areas and assist with meals and linen
• Follow OSHA/CDC guidelines to minimize infections
