Daniels Health is hiring a Plant Operator for our Taylor, MI facility. The role involves checking in containers, weight records, loading autoclave, operating the Washsmart system, and forklift duties on a 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

You will work with a team to ensure safe handling of medical waste and accurate paperwork. We offer full-time employment with benefits from day one, opportunities for overtime, and a stable schedule in a critical healthcare services company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse labor-intensive job with repetitive lifting 50–75 lbs
• Willingness to pass a 5-panel urine drug screen
• Willingness to pass a 7-year background check
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in PPE
• Proven longevity with employers

Responsabilités

• Move and unload waste containers and operate forklift as needed
• Weigh incoming containers and record weights accurately
• Load and operate autoclave and Washsmart system
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete
• Maintain safety and PPE requirements during shifts
