Daniels Health in Shakopee, MN is seeking a hands-on Plant Operator to manage a variety of tasks in our medical waste treatment facility. You will weigh containers, load an autoclave, operate the Washsmart system, and drive a forklift while maintaining strict safety protocols and accurate paperwork.

The role offers a consistent 1 PM to 9 PM schedule, full-time hours, and benefits from day one, with opportunities for overtime and stable employment at an essential healthcare services company.

Formación

• Weigh incoming sharps and regulated medical waste containers using the weighbridge.
• Load/operate autoclave machine (pressure chamber to melt materials).
• Load the Washsmart system (container washing + sanitization).
• Drive a forklift and operate hand trucks after training.
